Our team assist individuals and couples in drafting clear surrogacy contracts, ensuring that all parties involved are protected and informed throughout the process.
Pre-birth orders establish the Intended Parents’ legal parentage before delivery, and we obtain them by filing a streamlined petition with the court during the second trimester so the parents’ names are placed directly on the birth certificate. When a pre birth order is not available, we obtain these parentage orders post birth.
We draft and negotiate surrogacy agency agreements on behalf of Intended Parents to ensure the terms are fair, transparent, and protective of their legal and financial interests throughout the surrogacy journey.
Our contracts are translated into multiple languages, allowing for clear understanding across cultures. We also have a Mandarin interpreter on staff to assist with translating surrogacy agreements and pre birth orders.
We provide tailored estate planning for surrogacy clients—including advanced healthcare directives, guardianship nominations, and powers of attorney—to ensure medical, legal, and parental decisions are clearly protected in the event of an emergency or tragedy.
We draft and negotiate egg, sperm, and embryo disposition agreements to clearly define parentage, liability, and future decision-making rights, protecting each party’s intentions now and in the future.
